Attach Database SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 , 2012(Convert database from Sql 2005 to Sql 2012)

How to  Attach Database old version  (2005,2008) to SQL Server 2012 ?

EX : You have 2 file Employee.mdf và Employee_Log.ldf   (SQL Server 2005)  you wanna attach to (SQL Server 2012)

Step 1 :

Login Sql server 2012  Create new database  Employee 

Step 2 :

 Start --->Ctrol Panel --->System Seccurity-->Addministrative Tool---->Services

Find  SQL server(MSSQLSERVER) click right mouse select Stop 

Step 3 :

Coopy 2 file  Employee.mdf and Employee_Log.ldf   into directory Folder 

 C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA 

Replace ---> Ok :
